Meet our 2025 (Reefscape) students!

Alec Stickle

Alec is a senior at Heritage High School in Lynchburg, Virginia, and Central Virginia Governor’s School for Science and Technology. He was our technician at all of our competitions and worked on the electrical wiring and claw mount throughout the build season. Alec will be attending Georgia Tech in the fall.

Alec also swims for his high school, and was a state finalist this year!

Benjamin Ziegler

Benjamin is a junior at Jefferson Forest High School in Bedford County, Virginia, and Central Virginia Governor’s School for Science and Technology. He was a part of the software team, but focused more on visual aspects of the events as the competitions grew nearer. Benjamin helped design and make the team flag and buttons.

Benjamin is the first chair French horn player at his high school, and plays soccer for his school’s soccer team!

Bennett Eggleston

Bennett is a freshman at Compass Academy in Bedford County, Virginia. He was on the superstructure team, and focused on building, rebuilding, and fine-tuning our scissor lift throughout the build and competition seasons. He also started designing a swerve drive for the off season, a potential improvement to our robot.

Braedon Watson

Braedon is a freshman at E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, Virginia. He was our human player for many of our matches, helping us score as many points as we could. He put lots of work into the drivetrain, bumpers, and used his background in welding to good use throughout the season.

Braedon loves acting! He has performed in many plays at his high school, including Peter Pan and Footloose.

Caleb Brammer

Caleb is a freshman at Compass Academy in Bedford County, Virginia. Since he is on the superstructure sub team, he has put many hours into improving the scissor lift and machining a lot of the parts. He was our safety captain at all of our competitions.

Caleb, with his background in STEM, is interested in becoming an engineer when he grows up.

Alec also swims for his high school, and was a state finalist this year!

Enoch Tan

Enoch is a junior at New Covenant Schools in Lynchburg, Virginia. He was a part of the drivetrain sub team, working on our mecanum wheel drive train. He also did a lot of work with our outreach group, organizing events with local schools with students of all ages. At competitions, Enoch collaborates with other teams and talks to judges about our outreach events.

Enoch is probably one of the most flexible students on our team. He can do the splits!

Glorianna Breish

Glorianna is a freshman at E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is on the drivetrain subteam, but when it came close to competition time, she quickly switched over to focus more on the
visual aspects of the competition by designing and making hundreds
of buttons, making our team flag, and designing t-shirts.

Glorianna has a history in sports and athletics, having played 7 sports
throughout her life!

Henry Pratt

Henry is a junior at E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, Virginia, and
Central Virginia Governor’s School for Science and Technology. He is a
member of our research and development sub-team, helping design
and build the chute and claws of our robot. Henry also played a critical
role as the historian of our team, documenting all major events and
developments at meetings and events throughout the season.

Henry did combat robots with Vector Space 2 years ago!

Holden Hughes

Holden is a senior at Brookville High School in Lynchburg, Virginia, and at Central Virginia Governor’s School for Science and Technology. Holden spent most of his time at the computer, working on the software components for the robot. Holden is also our team’s driver at all the competitions. He will go to UVA for computer engineering in the fall.

Outside of school and FRC, Holden plays the guitar.

Ian Gill

Ian is a sophomore New Covenant Schools in Lynchburg, Virginia. He
has spent a lot of his meeting time in the wood and machine shops,
working on the cart for the robot, building practice field elements, such
as the reef and the barge, and machining parts for our robot.

Josiah Martin

Josiah is a junior at Heritage High School in Lynchburg, Virginia, and
Central Virginia Governor’s School for Science and Technology. He
was on the software sub-team, working diligently on the vision of the
robot, as well as the autonomous commands. He also worked with the
outreach group to help schedule meeting with schools and sponsors.

Josiah has been gaming since he was 3 years old!

Knox Savill

Knox is a junior at Jefferson Forest High School in Bedford County,
Virginia, and the STEM Academy located on CVCC’s campus in
Lynchburg, Virginia. Knox was a part of the research and design team,
where he focused on designing the chute and claws for the robot.

In his free time, Knox enjoys playing the acoustic guitar.

Rohan Prabhu

Rohan is a junior at Virginia Episcopal School In Lynchburg, Virginia. As
a part of the superstructure sub-team, he worked on designing,
building, and troubleshooting the scissor lift. At competitions, he was
often either our human player or a pit member.

Rohan loves to represent his school on the tennis court.

Skylin Ramirez

Skylin is a senior at Heritage High School in Lynchburg, Virginia. As a part of our electrical team, Skylin spend much of her time stripping and crimping wires, creating mounts for robot components, and helping with general maintenance of the robot. Skylin is undecided on where she would like to attend in the fall.

Since joining FRC, Skylin has picked up the hobby of experimenting with electricity-based projects in her spare time.
